These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the wc7x platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services available at wc7x.net. Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any wager. By creating a wc7x account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

wc7x is strictly open to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Underage access is prohibited. wc7x reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point and to close accounts where the minimum age requirement is not met.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one wc7x account only. Operating multiple accounts, sharing an account with another person, or registering on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any pending balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wc7x login credentials. wc7x will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to support before the activity occurred.
All financial transactions on wc7x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits in the same account. wc7x reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by wc7x are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms applicable to each individual offer. Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered in accordance with the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
wc7x reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed as a result of a pricing error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds compilation. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance. Winnings derived from manifest errors are not payable.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing the wc7x platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, along with the wc7x Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms applicable to individual offers.
2.2 These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the wc7x platform, including browsing without a registered account, registered account holders who have not yet made a deposit, and all active depositing and wagering players.
2.3 wc7x reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the wc7x platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Players are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register a wc7x account or place any wager on the platform. wc7x strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Creating an account while under the age of 21 constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The wc7x platform is operated for and marketed to players in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. wc7x makes no representation that the platform is available or legal in all locations.
3.3 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false registration information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure without refund of any balance.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to operate one wc7x account only. Duplicate accounts — whether held under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited. wc7x uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate account activity. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited.
3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). wc7x reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a review of account activity. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by wc7x may result in account suspension.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wc7x login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. wc7x will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your wc7x account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify wc7x support immediately via live chat or the registered support email. wc7x cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player's credentials were compromised through the player's own conduct or negligence.
4.3 Account Closure. You may request closure of your wc7x account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements are attached to the funds. wc7x also reserves the right to close any player account at its sole discretion, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wc7x reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. wc7x accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wc7x reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is displayed in the wc7x cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit on the account. wc7x reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed most rapidly. wc7x aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, subject to verification requirements.
5.4 Source of Funds. wc7x reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into a player's account. This is a requirement under the Company's licensing obligations and anti-money-laundering compliance programme. Failure to provide satisfactory source-of-funds documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities.
5.5 Currency. All account balances, deposit values, wagering requirements, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). wc7x does not accept or process foreign currency transactions.
6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets and wagers placed on the wc7x platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sportsbook market, as published on the platform at the time the wager is placed. These rules form part of the agreement between you and wc7x in respect of each individual wager.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. wc7x reserves the right to decline, limit, or restrict any wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes the right to set maximum stake limits per event, per market, or per player account.
6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error in pricing, odds compilation, game configuration, or system display — including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, duplicate market publication, or technical malfunction — wc7x reserves the right to void any affected wagers. Where a bet is voided, the original stake amount is returned to the player's account. No winnings derived from manifest errors are payable.
6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting. Cricket betting markets, including PSL, Pakistan international matches, ICC tournaments, and other events offered on the wc7x sportsbook, are governed by the specific sport rules published on the platform. In-play betting is offered subject to the availability of reliable live data feeds. wc7x reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
6.5 Casino Games. All casino games available on the wc7x platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, and fishing games — are provided by certified third-party game studios. The rules, return-to-player percentages, and mechanics of each game are determined by the relevant game studio and are displayed within the game interface. wc7x does not modify game RTP settings.
6.6 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a connection interruption during a game round or in-play bet, the outcome of the round or event will be determined in accordance with the applicable game or sport rules. wc7x is not liable for losses arising from player-side connection interruptions.
7.1 wc7x offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
7.3 Eligibility. wc7x reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Promotions are generally available to players in Pakistan who have completed the applicable registration and verification requirements. Players who have previously self-excluded are not eligible to participate in any promotion during any active exclusion period.
7.4 Abuse of Promotions. Any player found to have abused a bonus offer — including through matched betting, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — will have any associated bonus funds and derived winnings voided. wc7x reserves the right to close the accounts of players engaged in systematic bonus abuse.
7.5 wc7x reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to ongoing promotions where reasonably practicable.
8.1 wc7x is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all players. The Company operates a comprehensive Responsible Gaming Programme that includes player-controlled tools accessible from within the wc7x account dashboard following wc7x login.
8.2 Available Tools. Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cool-off periods at any time. Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent — is also available and takes effect immediately upon request. Full details of all available tools are set out on the Responsible Gaming page.
8.3 Age Restriction. wc7x enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players and implements age verification procedures as part of its responsible gaming obligations. If wc7x has reason to believe that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended pending verification and any balance held pending the outcome of that review.
8.4 wc7x encourages any player who believes they may have a gambling problem to make use of the self-exclusion tools available on the platform and to seek assistance from appropriate support organisations. Gaming should remain a form of entertainment — if it stops feeling that way, wc7x's responsible gaming tools are there to help.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc7x platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:
9.2 wc7x reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any bets or balances associated with such conduct. wc7x also reserves the right to report any suspected unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
10.1 All content on the wc7x platform — including but not limited to the wc7x brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and documentation — is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wc7x platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the wc7x platform or its content.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of wc7x intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
11.1 The wc7x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While wc7x takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and reliability, the Company does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures at all times.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wc7x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, connection interruptions during game rounds, or delays in payment processing.
11.3 wc7x's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits wc7x's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 wc7x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, wc7x will publish the updated terms on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via their registered email address.
12.2 The date of the most recent amendment to these Terms and Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
12.3 Continued use of the wc7x platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3 of these terms.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which wc7x holds its international gaming license. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani law.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and wc7x arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. You should contact wc7x customer support in the first instance, providing full details of your complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures set out under the Company's gaming license terms.
13.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate legal interests.
